Am I locked into a long-term contract?
No, we offer flexible membership options to accomodate your needs. At Lakeland Health + Fitness, we don’t lock you into long-term contracts. Our goal is to support you on your journey while giving you the freedom to adjust your investment as needed. We operate on 4-week billing cycles that auto-renew, which means we have to earn your business every month. This approach ensures that we are always providing the best possible service to keep you coming back.
Do you work with beginners?
Absolutely! In fact, some of our most successful clients have NEVER done an exercise program before. We meet each client where they are, carefully analyze their needs, and develop a plan that will get them to their goals efficiently and safely.
I have a busy schedule. Can you accomodate around my work and personal life?
Yes, we start early in the morning and go well into the evening to make sure that we can provide training times that work with your hectic and demanding lifestyle.
How Is Your Personal Training So Much Cheaper Than Other Gyms?
Investing in personal training can feel like a big commitment. At LHF, we believe in providing exceptional value for your investment. Our unique model allows us to offer training at a half of the cost of traditional one-on-one personal training because we coach you and another client or two at the same time. This way, you get personalized attention and the motivation of a supportive community, all at a more affordable rate.
What Are The Personal Training Workouts Like?
All clients receive their own personalized training programs each session. There are no “workouts of the day”. If you are training at the same time as another client, you all will be on completely different exercises, pieces of equipment, etc.
What happens if I Can't use all my sessions? Do I lose them?
We understand that life gets busy. If you don’t use all your sessions within a given billing cycle, you can roll them over to the next billing cycle. This flexibility ensures that you get the full value of your membership and can continue progressing towards your fitness goals, even if your schedule changes unexpectedly.
What's included with my membership? Do I just get sessions?
Sessions are just one part of your LHF membership. In addition to personalized training sessions, you’ll have an expert coach who customizes your program based on your continuous progress. Your coach will guide you on exactly what exercises to do, how to do them, and what weights to use, ensuring you achieve the results you want. They also provide recommendations on supplements and help you cut through the noise to focus on the action steps that will help you reach your goals. Your membership includes this comprehensive support, ensuring you have everything you need for success. You’ll receive constant guidance, progress tracking, and expert advice tailored to your individual needs and goals.
