Personal Training
The 1-on-1 Personal Training session is at the heart of the experience here at LHF. Every client meets with their own personal coach at least once per week to ensure that they are moving properly, going to the right small group sessions, meeting their goals, and getting what they need from our program.
Small Group Sessions
Expert coaches lead you through challenging workouts safely in a fun, community-oriented environment. Our programs include Sweat Club (fast paced cardio paired with resistance training), Strength + Conditioning (isolated resistance training plus high intensity cardio), and Yoga (specially designed for our clients to help with recovery and flexibility).
Nutrition Coaching
If weight loss is your number one priority, we’ll incorporate nutrition coaching to supercharge your results. Our program is wholistic, focusing on long-term habit building and developing successful strategies to not only lose weight, but to keep it off for good.
